Le Gouvernement du Sénégal et la Banque Islamique de Développement (BID) ont signé un accord de financement pour la mise en œuvre de la phase II du PUDC..

Le Gouvernement a sollicité l’assistance technique du PNUD pour la passation des marchés .

L’attribution des marchés, la signature et la gestion des contrats en ce compris toute réclamation éventuelle sont de la compétence exclusive du PUDC agissant au nom et pour le compte du Gouvernement du Sénégal.
