#### Overview
**This RFP seeks the appointment of an Events Activation Agency MEISEA (re-issue) to plan, create and deliver activations and events for South African Tourism in the MEISEA region, with India as the primary operating base, priced in INR over a 36-month term.** Bidders should have proven experience in events management, activations, creative production, MICE and destination-marketing, with capacity to operate from India and collaborate with SAT’s regional offices and other agencies while complying with SAT brand guidelines.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in events activation, consumer/trade campaigns and multi-channel deliverables; ability to produce creative concepts aligned to the global SAT brand.
- Tax and regulatory compliance: SA bidders must be tax compliant (verified via CSD/SARS eFiling); foreign bidders may have different requirements; provide proof of tax status.
- Documentation: submit Annexure A (SBD 1), Annexure E (SBD 4) with signed declarations; provide proof of joint venture/consortium or subcontracting arrangements if applicable.
- Financial and risk: valid bank solvency letter required for shortlisted bidders (within 7 days); compliance with anti-bribery due diligence and anti-fronting checks.
- Intellectual property and confidentiality: SAT will own IP arising from the work; maintain strict confidentiality and obtain SAT approvals for information release.
- Contractual and legal: bidder remains responsible for sub-contractors; agreements governed by applicable law; binding terms on submission.
