## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a Service Provider for Events Facilitation for a period of two (2) years.** Kouga Local Municipality invites bids from experienced event management/service providers to facilitate events over two years. Evaluation will be on an 80/20 basis (80 for price, 20 for specific goals; proof/documents required to claim points). Tender documents are available on the Etender portal and the municipal website. A compulsory virtual clarification session is scheduled for 3 November 2026 at 10:00 via Teams. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or late tenders will not be accepted.

#### Requirements
- 80/20 evaluation; submit proof/documents to claim points for specific goals.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN.
- Registration on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database.
- National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) Summary report.
- Council may appoint more than one contractor and is not obliged to accept the lowest tender.
- Tender validity: 90 days from closing date.
- Submit an ORIGINAL hard copy and a copy on USB or CD; electronic copy submitted and required printout pages to be complete and in order.
- The municipality may apply additional vetting methods to verify capacity.
- Briefing is mandatory; all inquiries via email to tenders@kouga.gov.za and copied to anene@kouga.gov.za.

#### How to Apply
