## Summary

#### Overview
**This Expression of Interest seeks capable bidders to design and implement a turnkey expansion of an existing textile effluent treatment plant to recycle wastewater for reuse in the dyehouse, including project management, engineering, civil works, installation, commissioning and training.** The project aims to treat up to 1.2 ML/day with a possible surge of up to 120 kl/h to reclaim at least 85% of effluent as softened feedwater. The site is Glodina Towelling (Pty) Ltd in Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal. Shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit detailed technical and commercial proposals with pricing in Step 2. Briefing/location details indicate Hammarsdale as the briefing site, with a specified briefing address of 1 Anderson Road, Hammarsdale.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrate capability to supply a turnkey solution (project management, engineering design, civil works, equipment and supporting infrastructure, construction supervision, startup, operator training, babysitting, and performance testing).
- Provide company overview and references of similar textile effluent-to-reuse projects, with contact details.
- Present proposed technologies and a process concept diagram.
- Provide evidence of a valid safety file.
- Complete Intent to Submit and Expression of Interest (Annexure1) and submit as part of the response.
- Be prepared to provide a detailed technical and commercial proposal with pricing in Step 2 if shortlisted.
