## Summary

#### Overview
**This tender seeks to express interest to appoint a panel of consultants for professional engineering services for a three-year period**, open to engineering consultancies with qualified professionals (e.g., ECSA-registered engineers) capable of delivering multi-disciplinary engineering services to Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality.

#### Requirements
- Returnable documents including: proof of Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; JV agreement if applicable; director and company municipal rates/taxes statements; three years of audited financial statements or reviewer statements; COIDA registration or a letter of good standing; proof of qualifications and professional registration with the relevant council (ECSA); minimum Professional Indemnity Insurance of R10 million; and USB copy of documents (MBDs) (see LIST OF RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS).  
- Tax and supplier pre-qualification: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate; CSD or other pre-qualification as required (MBDs 4, 5, 6.1).  
- Compliance with PPPFA 2022 (80/20 system for this tender) and related bid conditions; bids valid for 90 days; prices VAT inclusive; no late submissions.
- For foreign bidders, complete Part B:3 pre-award questionnaire and related tax/tender disclosures.  
- All forms must be signed, dated, and certified where required (no pencil/tipex).
