## Summary

#### Overview
**Expression of Interest to select a firm consultant to develop & draft management plans for five sites within the Addo-Amathole Biodiversity Node.** The assignment (ten months) is for ECPTA, financed by the World Bank’s Catalysing Finance and Capacity for the Biodiversity Economy Around Protected Areas project, located in the Addo-Amathole Node, Eastern Cape.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing 5 protected areas management plans for declared/proposed protected areas in SA across three projects in the last 7 years (with evidence: appointment letters and reference letters or reference forms).  
- Team composition: provide an organogram showing roles, responsibilities, experience and qualifications; CVs of key experts not required at this stage. Failure to demonstrate both experience and team capability may lead to disqualification.  
- Compliance: follow World Bank Procurement Regulations; disclose associations (joint ventures/sub-consultancies) and clarify structure; selection via Cost Quality Selection.  
- Certifications/registrations: tax compliance (SARS PIN), Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide CSD number; ensure no disqualifying status (e.g., in the service of the state).  
- Joint ventures: if applicable, submit official signed joint venture agreement; partners’ roles and ownership clearly defined.
