## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision & maintenance of a Public Safety Incident Management & Communications Information System for a period ending 30 June 2029.** Bitou Municipality invites bids from ICT suppliers with experience in public-safety IMS, incident management, and communications integration; bidders should be registered on CSD and capable of turnkey provisioning and ongoing support. #### Requirements
- Tenders must be completed per the tender document, placed in a sealed envelope, and externally endorsed with the Tender Number, Description and Closing Date; envelope size restrictions apply (4.5 cm width, 31.5 cm length).
