## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of facilitation and related training services for Kouga Municipal officials over three years.** Suitably qualified service providers with LGSETA/EWSETA accreditation, experience in MFMP/municipal training, and capacity to deliver across specified unit standards should consider bidding. The contract will use an 80/20 price-to-qualifications/elements evaluation with specific goals (B-BBEE/local) scoring.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation: Category A requires LGSETA accreditation (IDs 48965/49554) plus assessor and moderator registration; Category B requires EWSETA accreditation and assessor/moderator registration.
- Deliverables: draft training plan, detailed schedule (three structured training days + two learner-support days), pricing per unit standard, and a credit-recognition plan; include reference letters and compulsory CV templates for facilitator, assessor, moderator.
- Participant limits: Category A max 25 participants; Category B max 14; minimums of 10 (variable by category).
- Documentation: Central Database summary, tax compliance PIN/TCS, CSD number, municipal billing clearance, project implementation plan, and all compulsory municipal bidding documents.
