**Procurement of a Welding Training Facilitator to support Necsa Learning Academy by delivering Welder Apprenticeship and related welding programmes.** Appointment of a Personal Service Provider to train Welder Apprentices in programmes such as Occupational Certificate: Welder, Occupational Skills Programme: Coded Welding, ARPL, and welding modules for Electrical and Mechanical students. The contract provides for 1 x Training Officer: Welder (945 hours) at a fixed hourly rate. Bidders must be registered on Necsa’s Supplier Database and meet the qualification criteria in the RFQ.

#### Requirements
- Welder Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
- Minimum 5 years operational welding experience
- Completion of an occupational-related training qualification
- PSP must be registered on Necsa Supplier Database
- Documentation: Certified ID copy, Comprehensive CV, certified copies of qualifications
- Special condition: Include SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and B-BBEE certificate in quote
- Other: Tax Clearance Certificate, COID good standing if applicable, and any other documents requested in the RFQ
