## Summary

#### Overview
**PetroSA is seeking a suitably qualified engineering/consultancy firm to conduct a Feasibility Study for the proposed development of the E-BK, E-AD and E-S offshore gas-condensate fields in Offshore Licence Block 9, South Coast, SA.** Bidders should have offshore oil and gas feasibility/FEED experience, subsea and flow assurance expertise, and the ability to deliver within a multidisciplinary, integrated team.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrable offshore feasibility, concept selection, FEED and field development study experience.
- Expertise in offshore drilling, subsea engineering, flow assurance, process engineering and topsides integration.
- Experience with long-distance subsea tie-backs and brownfield modifications.
- Access to specialist software for process simulation, flow assurance and analyses.
- Multidisciplinary project team with qualified professionals.
- Proven track record of similar offshore projects in the last 10 years.
- Established QMS and project execution methodology for engineering studies.
- Ability to complete the assignment within 12 weeks from award.
- Registration on PetroSA’s eProcurement/CSD system (MAAA/CSD) to access full tender docs.
