**Artscape seeks quotations for on-site Fire Fighting & Emergency Evacuation Training (refresher) for Artscape employees at Artscape premises, delivered to about 41 participants (Front of House 27; General Staff including Maintenance 14) during Sep/Oct 2026, with a budget up to R1,000,000.** Bidders must be SETA-registered (QCTO/SETA or DoEL), deliver outcomes-based, credit-bearing training aligned to the NQF, provide up-to-date BBBEE status, and offer flexible scheduling (including weekends).

#### Requirements
- Service provider must be registered with SETA (QCTO/SETA) or DoEL.
- Training must be outcomes-based, NQF-aligned, and credit-bearing.
- Submit current BBBEE certificate.
- Flexible in scheduling to accommodate all learners (including weekends).
- Provide: Course overview, target audience, course outline, and benefits.
- Deliver a training feedback report with attendance registers; provide training materials.
- Upon completion, issue credit-bearing certificates and/or Trade Test certificates.
- On-site delivery at Artscape premises (DF Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town).
- Conform with GCC July 2010; provide required bid documentation (SBD forms).
