## Summary

#### Overview
**Artscape seeks quotations for on-site First Aid Level 1-2 training for Artscape employees at Artscape’s premises, delivering to about 4 Level 1 and 10 Level 2 participants.** Bargaining is open to training providers registered with SETA (QCTO/SETA) or the Department of Employment & Labour, offering outcomes-based, NQF-aligned, credit-bearing training; must provide learning materials and a certificate on completion. Bidders should meet BBBEE requirements, be flexible with scheduling (including weekends), and deliver at least the specified on-site training window (Sept/Oct 2026).

#### Requirements
- Provider must be registered with a SETA (QCTO/SETA) or the Department of Employment & Labour.
- Training must be outcomes-based, NQF-aligned, and credit-bearing.
- Submit the most up-to-date BBBEE certificate.
- Flexibility in days and learner attendance (including adding learners to other groups if needed).
- On-site delivery at Artscape premises (DF Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town).
- Provide training details: Course Overview, Target Audience, Course Outline, Benefits.
- Deliver training materials and issue credit-bearing certificates/trade test certificates upon completion.
- Provide a training feedback report with attendance registers.
- Training window: September/October 2026 (Date TBC).
- Required bid documents: BBBEE certificate; SARS No and SARS status PIN; complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (If Applicable), SBD8 & SBD9; CSD codes and 36-digit security code. (All as per attached RFQ)

- Evaluation: 80/20 price–quality with BBBEE-specific goals; price contributes 80 points; specific goals 20 points.
