**Fleet Card Services for QCTO fleet vehicles for a period of 36 months.** The tender seeks providers of fleet card/fuel management services, transaction reconciliation, reporting, and card security for QCTO’s fleet. #### Requirements
- Adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 using the applicable 80/20 or 90/10 system; price and specific goals determine points (total 100).  
- Complete and submit the SBD 6.1 Preference Points Form and provide documentation to claim specific goals; failure to provide proof may forfeit points.  
- Specific goals include: Black ownership (>50%), Youth ownership (>50%), Women ownership (>50%), and Locality within Gauteng; total up to 20 points. Means of verification include BBBEE certificate or affidavit and related docs.  
- Tender validity: 30 days.
