SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED NRA 2026/0011 CONTRACT SANRAL X.004-099-2022/1F T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Consulting Engineering Geotechnical Services for SANRAL Free State Province. This project is in the province of Free State and includes several of the District Municipalities and the approximate programme is for the assessment of geotechnical slopes on all SANRAL road network in Free State province, design and construction documentation and Monitoring of several problematic geotechnical slopes. The duration of the Contract is 5 years. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
