## Summary

#### Overview
**SANRAL seeks Consulting Engineering Services for the Routine Ad-hoc Maintenance of R343 Section 2 (KM 0.0 to KM 78.2).** Bidders should be civil/highway engineering consultancies with maintenance, surveying, and related expertise, capable of delivering survey work in line with TMH11 requirements and producing associated deliverables. A registered surveyor or supervision by a registered Partner/Director is required for survey tasks (Appendix G).

#### Requirements
- Proven highway consulting engineering experience for routine maintenance.
- Ability to perform survey work per TMH11 version 3.0 (as per Appendix G): topographical, monitoring, site surveys, and related deliverables.
- Survey work must be undertaken by a registered surveyor or under supervision of a registered Partner/Director (TMH11 requirements).
- Deliver final survey data in specified formats and provide corresponding final deliverables (per TMH11 Part B).
- Compliance with briefing and submission timelines (see How to Apply) and successful participation in mandatory briefing.
