**Leasing of the Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager Sidings/Facilities, Siding 800775 (Klaserie) for a period of ten years.** TRIM seeks proposals from experienced logistics/rail infrastructure operators to lease the siding at Klaserie (Limpopo). Eligible bidders should have strong integrated logistics planning and operations capabilities, a credible investment plan, and the ability to meet railway safety, environmental, health and safety, and tax/compliance requirements.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in integrated logistics planning/operations, warehousing and end-to-end supply chains; provide Annexure Q and references.
- Financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/equity), bank letters, audited statements for last three years (or recent management statements if under three years); if using a parent/holding company, provide supporting documents.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status or CSD registration; tax clearance where applicable.
- B-BBEE: valid SANAS-verification certificate or sworn affidavit; minimum levels as applicable.
- Environmental, health and safety: obtain all licences/permits (incl. Water Use Licences where required); Environmental and BCM plans (Annexures L, O, P); implement risk and continuity measures.
- Lease readiness: sign TRIM Lease Agreement framework; bid must include Investment Plan (Annexure K) and Technical/Operational Model.
- References and CVs: Annexure Q for company experience; Annexure R for individuals; letters of reference.
- Compliance with TRIM’s risk, security and operational standards, including security planning (SERP) and project schedules.
