**Leasing of the Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager Sidings/Facilities, Siding 800805 (Mica) for a period of ten years.** Bidders should come from the logistics/rail infrastructure sector with proven experience in integrated logistics planning, warehousing, and industrial engineering, and must have the capability to fund and operate a rail siding project (as per the RFP framework in BT1TRIMRFPER6 Mica).

#### Requirements
- Sign a TRIM Lease Agreement and comply with TRIM policies, laws, environmental, health and safety requirements.  
- Demonstrated experience in integrated logistics planning/operations, with Annexure Q (Company Experience Summary) and Annexure R (Individual Experience Summary) supporting claims.  
- Financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/equity), bank confirmations, and, for groups, parent company support; audited or reviewed financial statements for eligible periods; CSD/SARS Tax Compliance requirements (PIN or TCS).  
- Environmental, risk, BCM and health & safety obligations: Environmental Plan (Annexure L), Risk Management (Annexures M/N), BCM Plan (Annexure O), Health and Safety Checklist (Annexure P).  
- B-BBEE compliance (SANAS verification or Sworn Affidavit) and Specific Goals (Annexure J) including job creation, Black Women Ownership, and local enterprise participation.  
- Site visits and clarifications: non-mandatory site visit; clarification questions process; all responses published to bidders.
