#### Requirements

- B-BBEE: valid SANAS certificate or sworn affidavit (enterprise formats as applicable).  
- Experience and capability: company profile, Annexure Q (Company Experience Summary), CVs and letters of reference for key personnel; evidence for each contract intended for credit.  
- Financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/ equity), bank letters, audited or reviewed financial statements for up to three years, or other suitable financial info; parent company support where applicable.  
- Environmental, health, safety and risk: environmental plan (Annexure L), licenses/permits, Water Use License if needed, BCM plan (Annexure O), Health and Safety Checklist (Annexure P).  
- Investment plan and maintenance: Annexure K (Detailed Investment), immovable/movable assets, maintenance responsibilities, end-of-lease condition.  
- Operational readiness: concept operations model, throughput plan, organisational structure, safety and security plans, and a high-level project schedule.  
- Preference goals: Annexure J and Annexure S disclosures; B-BBEE level and local job creation targets.
