- Letter of authority to sign bidding documents
- Certified copies of directors’/shareholders’ IDs
- Proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (detailed report)
- Letter of approval by Executive Authority if any member is a Government employee
- Certified academic and professional qualifications of proposed key members
- CVs of all proposed key members
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN (or CSD number if no PIN), and relevant tax clearance items
- Disclosure forms including SBD4 declarations
