**The County Government of Kiambu is seeking expressions of interest from a multidisciplinary Consultancy Consortium to provide Architectural, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical (Building Services), and Electrical Engineering services, leading to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a one-year term with a possible extension of one year.** This opportunity targets consortia with integrated teams across the five disciplines.

#### Requirements
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration for lead and all partnering firms
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (BORAQS or equivalent; EBK or equivalent)
- Valid practicing licenses for the relevant consultancy services (lead and all partners)
- CR12/CR13 for the last six months (lead and all partners)
- Not debarred from procurement by PPRA or any national/international body (Form SD1)
- Self-declaration not to engage in corrupt or fraudulent practices (Form SD2)
- Written joint-venture/consortium agreement detailing lead partner, partner roles, and incorporation of all disciplines
- Valid tax compliance certificate (lead and all partners)
- Commitment to the code of ethics (as required)

Eligibility determines whether a firm is issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a need basis for one year, with possible extension.
