#### Requirements
- Ability to design, supply, construct and commission an integrated waste-to-energy facility (waste reception, drying/feed prep, incineration, flue gas treatment, stack monitoring, instrumentation and data acquisition).
- Compliance with Eskom Tender Conditions, and submission of required annexures and SBD forms; adherence to Eskom Integrity Pact and e-tendering process.
- CIDB/CSDG and Contract Participation Goals: CIDB registration and compliance with CSDG/CPG requirements (download from CIDB).
- Quality & safety: ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management, QMS documentation, Quality Plan/Control Plan; environmental and safety compliance (NEMA, SANS, Eskom site rules; OHS Act 37(2)).
- Documentation: Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF and Excel), SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, and related annexures; CIDB/Tax questionnaires; integrity declarations.
- Environmental/EHS evaluations and operator training; site-specific interface management and defect/quality procedures.
- Clarification meeting attendance and 24-week tender validity; contract data based on NEC3 ECC3 and site-specific requirements.
