#### Requirements
- Eligibility and compliance: comply with Tender Data; not under any restriction to do business with Eskom; tender not based on 100% sub-contracting.
- CIDB and pre-qualification: CIDB registration at closing or capable of registration within 21 working days; proof of CIDB registration to be provided at closing; actual CIDB print due at contract award.
- Documentation and returnables: complete mandatory returnables (e.g., Declaration of Shareholding or Beneficiaries Form.pdf; PART T2 RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS - T2.2 Tender Schedules (GENERAL)); SDL&I Undertaking due by contract award; cataloguing information if required.
- Certifications and compliance: proof of SHEQ systems and capabilities; compliance with relevant legislation (NTPs, CIDB, PPPFA, B-BBEE); provide B-BBEE certificate/affidavit; provide two financial institutions for security for performance.
