#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: maintain tax obligations; provide SARS PIN/TCS; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors; CSD number if no TCS.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SANRAL may require CSD-listed bidders.
- Returnable documents: complete SBD forms and supporting documents including BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (Form A12), declarations, JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
- BBBEE: valid verification certificate or sworn affidavit; be prepared for consolidated JV scoring if applicable.
