**This tender seeks to appoint a service provider for the maintenance of electronic security systems for a period of three years.** SACAA invites bids from firms with strong electronic security maintenance capability (CCTV, access control, alarms) and with PSIRA accreditation, robust financials, and relevant references.

- Public liability insurance of at least R10 million; certificate not older than 3 months.
- Audited financial statements for the previous year; proof of UIF, COIDA, and PSSPF where applicable.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and supply number; Tax compliance PIN (SARS) or CSD number if no PIN.
- B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; complete SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; three-envelope bid submission.
- On-site personnel to wear corporate uniform; adherence to SACAA policies and confidentiality.
