#### Requirements
- Valid proof of current HPCSA registration (certificate).  
- SANAS Accreditation or Letter of Confirmation from SANAS.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN; may submit TCS certificate or be registered on CSD (or provide CSD number if no TCS).  
- If bidding as JV/consortium, a signed JV/consortium agreement or written confirmation of intent with % split.  
- Agreement to be bound by Transnet’s Master Terms including Supplier Integrity Pact and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
