## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Office Facility Management for SANRAL Gauteng Provincial Office (38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria) for 60 months.** This RFP seeks a service provider to manage all facility maintenance and related services; suitable for experienced FM providers with capabilities across cleaning, security, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, lifts, fire protection, building management systems, and subcontractor management (Book 1/2/3 PDFs). Tenderers must meet tax, compliance and BBBEE requirements and be able to procure/sub-contract as needed (Book 1).

#### Requirements
- Administrative and legal compliance: SBD forms completed; tax clearance/TCS PIN; CSD registration; COIDA good standing; ITIS registration; CIDB as applicable; JV/consortium arrangements if any.  
- Qualification criteria: Compulsory briefing attendance; responsiveness checks (COIDA letter, CSD, SARS TCS, etc.); evidence of relevant prior projects within last 10 years (Book 2/3).  
- Scope fit: Proven ability to deliver wide FM services listed in the tender (cleaning, pest control, security, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, lifts, fire systems, etc.) and manage sub-contractors (Book 3).  
- Governance: Compliance with SANRAL SCM policies, anti-corruption requirements, and security/IT/data provisions (Book 2).  
- Evaluation: Minimum 70/100 on technical criteria; Step 1 responsiveness required to progress (Book 3).
