**The Transnet RFP seeks the provision of pest control and grounds maintenance (vegetation control) on an as-and-when basis in Northern KZN (Vryheid, Vryheid East & Ulundi) for 60 months.** Bidders should have pest-control and vegetation-management capabilities, be registered Pest Control Operators, and comply with SA occupational safety, tax, and environmental standards. #### Requirements
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
- Pest Control Operator registration with the Department of Agriculture.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
- B-BBEE status: Verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Demonstrated vegetation control experience; qualified personnel (Operations Manager min 200,000 m2 responsibility; supervisors with defined experience) per Annex A.
- Compliance with master agreement terms, integrity pact, and confidentiality obligations; use of SANS/SABS-approved consumables with MSDS provision.
