#### Requirements
- Be an OSM or accredited Red Hat reseller/partner; provide Annex A evidence of status (OSM/partner) (Final Bid Spec.docx).  
- Comply with Technical Mandatory Requirements for Red Hat licenses; complete Annex B Addendum 1 (Final Bid Spec.docx).  
- Accept Government General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) (Final Bid Spec.docx).
