#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 7CE or higher; Emerging contractors not eligible.
- Every JV member must be CIDB-registered; lead partner must meet the required grade.
- Registration on CSD; if not, ensure CSD/PIN/TCS requirements are met.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or COIDA good standing; acceptable proof for all participants (including each JV member).
- B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Compulsory briefing session attendance (sign-in required).
- Key personnel with registrations: Contract Manager (ECSA/SACPCMP), Construction Manager, CHSO (SACPCMP), DEO (environmental), Targeted Group Development Coordinator (civil engineering qualification).
- Subcontracting: minimum 30% to local black-owned entities; must provide Subcontracting Agreement and valid CIDB registrations for subcontractors.
