- Valid electrical contractor registration; identified registered person for inspection/testing/certification.
- Provide 18 hoists: 12 x 500 kg SWL and 6 x 1,000 kg SWL, 400 V AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz, with minimum 3 m hook travel and industrial-duty performance; OEM-declared duty/class and data sheets.
- Electrical CoC and statutory handover, testing, commissioning and certification documentation.
- Compliance with relevant laws/regulations (OH&S Act, Driven Machinery Regulations 2015, Electrical Installation Regulations 2009, SANS 10142-1) and OEM instructions; obtain required approvals and inspections.
- Detailed design/delivery requirements: new dedicated hoist DB, underground conduit for six stations, initial cabling to Stations 4–6, and spare capacity for future cables.
- Evidence of relevant experience (multi-project references) and complete technical documentation (OEM data, testing plans, warranty).
