#### Overview
**Procurement of an implementation consultancy for a customised Hearing Conservation Programme with hearing protection, for a 3-year term.** Bidders should be specialists in occupational health/safety, hearing protection, and project delivery, capable of supporting Foskor across sites and meeting governance, environmental and compliance requirements (tax, BBBEE, and supplier registration).

#### Requirements
- Sign and comply with Foskor's Integrity Pact and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Annexure D; Annexure E).
- Tax and supplier compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN) or register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); joint ventures must ensure all parties are compliant; annual price-review obligations apply.
- BBBEE: provide current BBBEE scorecard and claim form for preferred points.
- Registration prerequisites: mandatory CSD registration prior to submission; beneficial ownership and audited financial statements as requested during evaluation.
- Compliance and conduct: adhere to anti-corruption, UN Global Compact principles, and avoid collusion or misrepresentation; may require security clearance (up to CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET/TOP SECRET).
