## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a 3-year contract to provide monthly ambient dust fall-out monitoring and annual NAEIS & NGERS reporting for Foskor Phalaborwa Mine.** Bidders should be professional air-quality service providers able to demonstrate SACNASP-registered specialists, SANAS-accredited labs, and compliance with SA tax, BBBEE, and supplier registries (CSD/SARS).

#### Requirements
- SACNASP-registered professional Air Quality Specialist.
- SANAS accreditation for the laboratory to be used for sample analysis.
- Compliance documents: SBD forms, Pricing and Delivery Schedule (Annexure “A”).
- Tax and supplier registrations: SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS) and CSD registration prior to bid submission.
- Joint Ventures/Consortiums: clear intention or signed JV agreement with percentage split.
- Returnable documents: latest financial statements (accounting officer/audited), COIDA, B-BBEE evidence, CSD report, etc.
- Environmental/OH&S context: comply with applicable health and safety requirements; fully manage risk of non-performance.
- Acceptance of Foskor terms and integrity pact; no state service recipients in bidding team.
