## Summary

#### Overview
**Three-year labour contract for the repair and maintenance of vibratory screens, and relining secondary crusher components.** This RFP targets service providers with mining-process mechanical/maintenance capability to perform labour-only maintenance for Foskor Phalaborwa’s vibrating screens and secondary crusher components.

#### Requirements
- Submit bids by the closing date in a sealed envelope and use official bid forms; returnable documents must be completed.
- Attend site visits/briefing sessions if indicated; compulsory sessions may lead to disqualification if not attended (briefing: 29 July 2026, 10:00, Foskor Phalaborwa Mine Crushers Boardroom) (Annexure C).
