## Summary

#### Overview
**Framework agreement for provision events management services** under Tender No. KCG/MOW/FA/11/2026/2027-2028. The opportunity is reserved for Youths, Women and Persons with Disability (AGPO). #### Requirements
- Eligibility and integrity: no public officer conflicts, debarment checks, and compliance with anti-corruption laws; JV rules apply if forming a consortium.  
- Targeted participation: AGPO certificate (Youth/Women/PWD) required; otherwise eligible if meeting other criteria.  
- Preliminary documents to submit with tender: Business Registration/Incorporation; KRA PIN; Tax Compliance Certificate; AGPO certificate; Form of Tender; Price Schedule; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; Self-Declaration; Confidential Business Questionnaire; serialized pagination; and company profile (see attached document).  
- Technical evaluations (minimum): proof of skilled personnel (CVs and credentials), ownership/lease of event-related tools, evidence of related experience in last 3 years, proof of financial capability (bank statements or audited accounts), and company profile. Pass mark 60%.

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: submit by 29 July 2026 at 10:30 (late tenders rejected).  
- Submission method: physical delivery to the Procurement Office (Watamu) in sealed ORIGINAL and COPY envelopes; or, per ITT 21.1, optional electronic submission via IFMIS Tender Portal (supplier.treasury.go.ke).  
- Required documents: as listed in ITT 10.1 and ITT 11, including Forms of Tender, Price Schedules, and Joint Venture documents if applicable (see attached).  
- Pre-bid briefing: not applicable for this tender (per ITT data).
