#### Requirements

- Valid Kenya Revenue Authority Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid Single Business Permit/Trade license
- Valid IATA accreditation/license for airline ticketing services
- Original power of attorney authorizing the tender signatory
- Completed Form of Tender in the prescribed manner
- Original Affidavit (as required in Section III)

Additionally: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; tender prices must be in Kenya Shillings and valid for the 2-year period; no tender security is required, but a Tender-Securing Declaration is required.
