**FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS FOR 2YEAR PERIOD FY 2026/2027-2028**. #### Requirements
- Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and anti-corruption declarations; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
- Eligibility: JV permitted; no public officers; no conflict of interest; validity of registration/debarment checks (PPRA) as applicable.
- Tax clearance: current tax clearance or exemption certificate issued by Kenya Revenue Authority.
- Manufacturer Authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods; ensure representation in Kenya if not local.
- Origin and conformity: declare country of origin; demonstrate goods conform to technical specs; provide spare-parts and after-sales information.
- Kenyan origin/local sourcing: certain items must be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions (per Schedule/Requirements).
