#### Overview
**This tender hires a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS PROVINCIAL PAVED AND GRAVEL ROADS IN THE SUNDAYS RIVER LOCAL MUNICIPAL AREA for 3 years.** The Department intends two CIDB-graded contractors (up to R50m each) to perform ad hoc maintenance packages, funded yearly and allocated per budget. A minimum 30% of each ad hoc package must be subcontracted to Micro Enterprises (MEs) based in the LMA.
