## Summary

#### Overview
**Framework contract for Data Centre infrastructure maintenance, support services, software licences and renewals – including servers, storage, environmental controls, and related software on an as-and-when-required basis.** Open to qualified bidders in ICT with capabilities in data-centre maintenance, server/storage hardware, environmental controls, software licensing and related services; joint ventures allowed under ITT, subject to eligibility and debarment rules.

#### Requirements
- Company registration, business permit/licence, VAT/PIN and valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Evidence of eligibility for Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disabilities registered with the National Treasury.
- Compliance with serialisation/pagination requirements as per PPAD Act 2015 (section 74(1)).
- Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
- Compliance with anti-corruption, non-collusion and conflict-of-interest provisions; completion of relevant forms (e.g., Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
