#### Requirements
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (Classes 5–7)
- Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Copy of CR 12 (issued within last 6 months from tender opening)
- Copy of AGPO Registration – YOUTH category
- Serialise all tender pages (fresh numbering)
- Own the following equipment: Motor Grader (1); Excavator/Backhoe/Wheel Loader; Tipper (1)
- Additional: relevant similar experience, qualified personnel, current workload; max two tenders per bidder with only one awarded; directors’ restrictions; anti-collusion/canvassing prohibitions; NCA registration before contract award
