#### Overview
**Framework contract for integrated public realm delivery, landscape infrastructure services and ancillary works across the eThekwini Municipal Area, for three years on an as-and-when-required basis.** This is a multi-contractor, rates-based framework covering Public Realm Delivery, Landscape Construction, Horticultural Services, Irrigation, and related works (Ward 00). Suitable for CIDB 2 SH or higher contractors. (see Main Tender Document: 36685-2e-tender-document.pdf)

#### Requirements
- CIDB: designation 2 or higher, SH (or higher).  
- Compulsory Clarification Meeting: 07 Sept 2026, 11:00, Moses Mabhida Stadium basement parking.  
- Registration and pre-qualification: must be on the National Treasury CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; JDE access via official channels.  
- Returnable documents: MBD forms, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, tax clearance where applicable, and details of any prior contracts.  
- Compliance: municipal rates/taxes clearance; adherence to CIDB/B.U.I.L.D. development expectations where applicable.  
- Tender validity: 12 months.  
- Evaluation: 80/20 Price Preference points under SCM policy.  
- JV considerations: joint ventures must submit separate tax PINs for each party.
