#### Requirements

- Compliance with the SCM Policy and required professional qualifications/experience.
- Functional eligibility: minimum 75 points to qualify for pricing.
- Key personnel with specified professional registrations (e.g., Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng for civil and electrical; EAP; geotechnical; SAGC; project managers, draughts) and CVs with verifiable experience.
- Professional Indemnity insurance of at least R5,000,000 per claim.
- Occupational Health and Safety compliance; ability to provide a Health and Safety Plan on request.
- Demonstrated four civil/engineering projects with investigation, planning, design, supervision, and approvals; sub-consultant arrangements allowed.
