## Summary

#### Overview
**Framework Contract for Repair Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts for Farm Tractors, Plant Machinery, Agricultural Implements and Equipment on an as and when required basis.** The Kitui County Government invites bids from qualified suppliers to provide repair, maintenance and spare parts for agricultural equipment under a framework agreement. Suitable bidders should have experience in agricultural machinery maintenance and parts stocking, and meet Kenyan public procurement and tax/compliance requirements. Closing date is 17 July 2026; submissions are to be hand-delivered to the County Treasury box (no electronic submissions) per the tender notice (FC/008, Notice).

#### Requirements
- Company registration, business permit/licence, VAT/PIN and valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Proof of eligibility for Youth, Women or Persons Living with Disabilities (registered with National Treasury).
- Compliance with serialisation/pagination requirement (PPAD Act 2015, section 74(1)).
- Tender documents to include Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, and, if applicable, Joint Venture agreement.
- Manufacturer's authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods.
- Eligibility and conformity of goods; no debarment (PPRA) and no conflicts of interest; tax obligations met.
- Other ITT requirements (clarifications, evaluation criteria, and contract forms) as per the tender documents (FC/008; Notice).
