#### Overview
**Framework contract to supply and deliver reagents and consumables for Farewell Home at Kenyatta National Hospital.** Open to all qualified tenderers; suitable for suppliers of reagents, consumables, lab products and related services who can meet KNH’s procurement rules and supply requirements.

#### Requirements
- Eligible tenderers, including joint ventures (joint and several liability), with appropriate representations and absence of conflicts of interest.
- Compliance with Kenya Public Procurement rules (declarations on corruption, independence, no debarment) and tax clearance.
- Documents establishing eligibility and conformity of goods, including manufacturer authorization if applicable, and conformity to technical specifications.
- Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
- English tendering language; complete Form of Tender and price schedules; joint venture agreements if applicable.
- Conformity of goods to Schedule of Requirements; ability to supply spare parts and maintenance if required.
- Registration/licensing requirements where applicable (per TDS).
