## Summary

#### Overview
**Framework contracting for the supply and delivery of perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs for the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 financial years.** The Kenya Wildlife Service issues a three-year framework for supplying foodstuffs, reserved for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities. Bidders should have a national supply/distribution capability for both perishable and non-perishable items and be able to meet government procurement standards.

#### Requirements
- Reserved for Women, Youth & PWD; eligibility and qualification requirements apply
- Not debarred from public procurement; comply with anti-corruption and competition rules
- Ability to supply goods sourced from Kenya where required; origin, conformity, and supporting documentation
- Tax clearance or equivalent proof of tax compliance (Kenyan context)
- If applicable, joint venture arrangements must be valid; one tender per firm unless multiple lots permitted
