#### Requirements
- The bidder must be a mechanical engineering business with fulltime supervision by a registered professional mechanical engineer or technologist, or a multidisciplinary practice with such supervision and registered principals.
- Provide copies of current professional registrations for all registered principals and key personnel (with registration numbers) as part of returnable documentation.
- Submit DPW-09 PSB and related data, including an up-to-date Key Persons schedule (C1.2.3) with CVs and professional registrations.
- Provide proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance meeting the contract data requirements.
- Comply with preference and ownership criteria: EME/QSE 51% black-owned (mandatory); local presence in Free State with supporting documentation; SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Site clarification/clarity: attendance at compulsory site clarification meeting; provide DPW-16.1 (PSB) as evidence if required.
- Submissions will be evaluated on functionality (minimum score), technical/financial risk, and compliance with all T2/T1 returnable documents; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
- Administrative requirements include CSD registration, and full completion of all listed forms (DPW-09 PSB, PA forms, etc.).
