**George Municipality seeks to appoint a service provider to deliver learners and driver lessons in preparation for EC1 and EC vehicle tests, for a period of one year from appointment, as and when required.** The scope covers learner license training, driving lessons, test bookings, vehicle and trailer provision, up-front test fees handling, inclusive training records, and related admin for approximately twenty municipal officials.

#### Requirements
- Valid driving-instructor certificates for EC and EC1 codes; bidders must employ instructors with current licences and ensure renewal during the contract.
- Instructors registered with the relevant Licensing Authority (S28B) and current instructor certificates for the codes; submission of certificates with the bid; contract termination if invalid.
- Vehicles: clearly marked, insured, roadworthy, with fire extinguishers; signage for learner drivers; possible municipal vehicle use only as specified.
- Training deliverables: learner license training (up to ~3 weeks per person), up to 20 driving lessons per learner, pre-assessment, and vehicle/trailer for lessons and driving test; upfront booking of tests and payment of related fees.
