#### Requirements

- The successful bidder must establish and maintain a George-based warehouse within 30 days, with proof of address.
- Stock levels: all items in stock; minimum emergency-kits; delivery to Municipal storage facility within 24 hours; delivery notes and tax invoices required.
- Compliance and documentation: valid B-BBEE certificate; tax/compliance (TCS PIN or CSD number); POPIA/privacy standards; bids from state employees prohibited.
