## Summary

#### Overview
**GMT056/25-26 covers the supply, installation, maintenance and support for the George Municipality’s municipal telemetry system through 30 June 2029.** Bidders should be system integrators with Adroit SCADA experience and the ability to provide ongoing technical support, including qualification on the SCADA OPC driver interface.

#### Requirements
- Attend the compulsory clarification meeting (14 August 2026, 10:00, The Old Town Hall) and sign the attendance register.  
- Be an Authorized System Integrator of the Adroit SCADA software.  
- Provide proof of qualification for the SCADA OPC driver interface (training certificate) in the bidder’s name or in the name of the proposed programmer, or a signed letter of intent to employ with that person.  
- Submit a SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN with the tender.  
- Successful bidder must register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Evaluation stages: Stage 1 – eligibility (clarification attendance, Adroit integrator status, training certificate); Stage 2 – functionality (minimum 70/100); Stage 3 – price and preferences under PPPFA 2000/Regulations 2022 (80 points for price, 20 for B-BBEE and specific goals).
