**Procurement: hire of a helicopter with a complete crew for biological survey, management operations and mountain rescue for 12 months for EZ EMVELO KZN Wildlife.** Suitable bidders are helicopter operators with SACAA licensing (AOC/ASL), certified airworthiness for the nominated helicopter, and pilots with documented hours and relevant biological survey/mountain rescue experience; include B-BBEE considerations under the 80/20 system (minimum 51% Black ownership and 51% Black-owned by women eligible for points).

#### Requirements
- Valid Air Operating Certificate (AOC) and Air Service License (ASL) in bidder’s name (SACAA).  
- Original, valid Certificate of Airworthiness for the nominated helicopter.  
- Original, valid commercial pilot licenses with expiry dates evident.  
- Pilot logbook summary: minimum 200 hrs on the aircraft type and 1,500 total hrs; last 3 pages included.  
- Pilot logbook summary: minimum 200 hrs in biological survey and mountain rescue operations; last 3 pages included.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; tax clearance as applicable.  
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and disclosure requirements; no state officials in the bid.  
- Complete mandatory SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and GCC/SCC as applicable; joint ventures/consortia must meet specific JV/Consortium requirements.
