**Statistics South Africa seeks a service provider to deliver a Human Resource Management Programme training at Isibalo House, Salvokop, Pretoria.** Bidders should be HR training providers capable of delivering the programme per the attached specification and complying with SA procurement requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance, SBD declarations).

#### Requirements
- Deliver the Human Resource Management Programme as per the attached specification (RFQ.docx).
- Submit the required documents:
  - Quotation with reference number, validity period, delivery period, CSD Master registration number, and tax PIN.
  - Completed SBD forms (SBD 4).
  - E-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate.
  - Certified copy of ID document.
  - Original or certified copy of CIPC company registration.
- Vendors must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Complete and return the Declaration of Interest (SBD 4).
- Quotes must be on company letterhead and include VAT registration number if VAT registered.
- Prices must be firm for the duration; price escalations allowed only for exchange-rate-dependent pricing.
- Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of valid invoice; no upfront payment.
- The appointment is not necessarily the lowest quote; Stats SA reserves the right not to award.
- Stats SA may request additional information; non-response may render a quote non-responsive.
- Evidence to claim Specific Goals (Race, Women, Disabled, Youth) must be provided as specified.
